Neil grew up in the heart of Texas watching his grandparents and parents operate a successful high end clothing store. He realized at a very young age that there was more to sales than a commission. He observed that the success of a business hinged on developing customer relationships. These observations were instrumental in forming the acumen that Neil later honed in the world of sales.

Neil learned very early that the biggest struggle for a car dealership was training, motivating, and retaining good sales people. Within two years, through a quality versus quantity approach, Neil built a team that increased sales four hundred percent and had an average tenure of seven and a half years. He went on to become the general sales manager for the multi-franchise dealership which represented Chevrolet, GMC, Pontiac, Buick, Cadillac, Hummer, Toyota, Ford, Chrysler and Jeep.

In 1998, he partnered in building a high-line pre-owned dealership. Specializing in the sale of BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Jaguar and other imports, sales grew to a monthly average of thirty-five units. Within a year, it was decided to build a service center that accommodated the needs of their discriminating buyers. Before selling his interests, the dealership and service center became one of the largest of its kind on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Born October 16th, 1969 in CT. Graduated from ASU in 1993 with degree in History. My first car job was in 1994 and have been in retail auto biz for over 15 years.

Worked the Phoenix, Las Vegas and the Houston markets. Highly achieved in F&I as manager and director. Been through all major F&I education/training programs. Single, no kids, avid golfer, sports entusiast and enjoys river boating and barbeques.

Gary D. Martin has a diverse and extensive professional and educational background that spans over three decades. His background and experience in the areas of management, sales, finance, banking and educational instruction provide a vast pool of knowledge.

He has held the titles of Vice President and Executive Vice President, respectively in the fields of commercial and investment banking. He has served as a college faculty member and instructor at two institutions, as well as a business and financial consultant. He is also an award-winning and published author.

From this truly diverse array of professional experience, Gary has most enjoyed his career success in the retail automobile industry. He gained insightful and invaluable experience eventually managing virtually every area of dealership variable operations, including General Sales Manager, Finance Director, Sales Manager, Finance and Insurance Manager and Fleet Sales Manager. Gary’s successful track record has earned him wide recognition as a proud recipient of numerous awards.

Ronald Battle has over 14 years in the auto industry and has held positions such as Sales Manager, Used Car Manager, Recruiter and Trainer. Mr. Battle’s first-hand experience and excellent interpersonal skills enable him to effectively build relationships with clients and new applicants and to always place a high focus on customer service. This former US Army helicopter mechanic who studied Political Science and World History at Monterey Peninsula College and Rowan University knows about attention to detail and how to inspire and educate. In his spare time, this dynamic trainer travels extensively throughout Europe, Aisia, Central and North America when he is not raising two teenage sons.
